Delivery is deemed to be affected when our truck has reached the closest point to the customers property without leaving the public road, trucks are not permitted to drive over crossings or driveways without council approval crossings provided.

A Cancellation/ reschedule fee of $55 will apply to Merral Skips if cancelled on delivery/pick up.
A Cancellation/ reschedule fee of $85 will apply to Hook Lift Bins if cancelled on delivery/pick up.
